Led by Dr. Chen Chen, Mentor Town helps companies build practical AI capability through training, coaching and bespoke learning management systems.
Dr. Chen Chen brings extensive industrial project experience and a strong academic background, having previously served as a professor at Tongji University and a senior research fellow at Nanyang Technological University. She makes complex knowledge accessible to learners without a technical background through clear explanations and practical examples.
She holds the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and the WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP).

Can our team start with little or no AI experience?
Yes. We discuss your starting point and design the learning level accordingly. Beginners can start with AI basics, prompting and guided practice before moving to workplace tasks.
How is coaching different from a workshop?
A workshop introduces skills through structured exercises. Coaching gives individuals or teams room to work through their own tasks, ask questions and refine their approach with feedback.
Can we use examples from our company?
Yes. We can shape exercises around your roles and workflows. Agree which materials are appropriate first; sample or anonymised information can be used for practice.
Do we need a bespoke LMS to begin?
No. You can start with training or coaching. A bespoke LMS is a separate option when you want a company learning hub for your content, practice activities and ongoing programmes.
